Ridolfi: A history of smart growth and
strong values.

The genesis of RIDOLFI Inc. dates to 1987, when Callie Ridolfi was working on Idaho’s Bunker Hill Superfund Site as a contractor to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. When her assignment ended in 1990, Callie made the decision to strike out on her own, merging her passion for environmental protection and the public good with her experience solving problems at one of the world’s largest mining sites.

Over the years, Ridolfi has widened its focus from environmental cleanup, still a mainstay of our business, to add services such as habitat restoration and renewable energy strategies to its portfolio. What began as a home-based business of one has grown into the collaboration of some 20 engineers, scientists, and support staff concerned with the Earth.

Today, under the leadership of CEO Colin Wagoner, Ridolfi is poised to continue growing in ways that honor our core values and support sustainability, creativity, and trust, in all our relationships.

RIDOLFI Inc. is certified as a Small Business Enterprise, a Women’s Business Enterprise, and a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise.
