Ridolfi tracks our carbon footprint for transportation, energy, materials and waste generation. We’ve taken actions to put our principles into practice—from eliminating our company car, reducing our office lighting by 25%, purchasing green and local products, and recycling or composting virtually all of our waste stream. We are a carbon-neutral organization, and we offset any greenhouse gas emissions we generate by partnering with Native Energy to support verifiable carbon reduction projects.

We work to enhance the sustainability of the places we live and work in, from volunteering to manage wastes at public events to donating our profits to like-minded causes. We provide financial support to non-profits that work to strengthen our community such as Potlatch Fund and Food Lifeline.
